I’m Chanie (pronounced Ha-Knee). Thank you for visiting this page – I believe we were put on this planet to make the world a better place. Please, take a look around and reach out to me so that we make a difference together.
I proudly use planning, delegating and a strong sense of my strengths to positively impact the world.
2002: I started my first business, 4D Medical out of Brooklyn, NY
2003: Hired my first employee in Brooklyn, NY
2005: After struggling to find reliable employees in Brooklyn, I first offshored some work to India. It changed my life and created a thread between me and the global workforce.
2008: Started a BPO in India with a business partner
2014: The India team grew to 400 employees and my business partner sold to a company with a back office in Pakistan. I hated the idea of laying off hundreds of loyal, competent workers from India.
2015: I started 4D Global and starting calling colleagues to share my secret to scalability – tapping the global workforce.
PRESENT DAY: 4D Global has clients all across the USA with hundreds of employees, many of whom are in India.
